I have never thought of chili & cheese M2M, but I may give it a try! I don't really cook omelettes that often, dh loves spinach, cheese, mushrooms, and garlic. I like any kind really. I just throw in whatever is in the fridge, bacon, cheese, onions, ham, whatever, we are not that picky.

Ham, onion, garlic, bell peppers, cheese, sometimes salsa.

We don't make omlets that often either, but when I do it's whatever we have on hand. I love bacon, ham, or sausage. Any kind of cheese is good with me and I love onions or mushrooms.

The chilli & cheese thing sounds good. I might have to try it.
