Lunch: grilled cheese or pb&j, salad and juice
Dinner: Just me and the kids. Not sure yet. Thinking maybe sloppy joes, fries and green beans.

It's just me and DS tonight, so I am going to make him some chicken nuggets with mac n cheese, and I'll have leftover veggie lasagna.

Most of us are going to hear a friend's band play at church, so it'll probably be something easy like pasta and sauce.

My little brother is getting married today and I just finished making some extra apps for the reception: honeydew melon wrapped in proscuitto, tender asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, m2m's cucumber sandwiches (thank you!) and a cheese board with double cream brie, some sort of cheese with mushrooms from belgium, sliced cheeses and assorted crackers, garnished with grapes and strawberries. The other platters are garnished with rose geranium, lemon verbena and dill from my garden.
Now I gotta go get ready!!

i have all the leftovers for this month( so far) in the fridge thawing so we can have a bit of each.

Chicken Broccoli Ranch Cassarole and fresh cole slaw. We just got 3 heads of cabbage and about 5 bunches of broccoli from the garden yesterday. Have to use it up!
