1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
1 c. walnuts
1 c. chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) pkg. Kraft's caramels
1/3 c. milk
1 stick margarine

-Mix cake according to box instructions. Pour and bake 1/2 of mixture in a 9x13 inch pan for 20 minutes. Do not overbake.
-Melt caramels, butter and milk over low heat or in microwave. Stir well.
-Sprinkle nuts and chocolate chips on baked cake layer, then pour caramel mixture over this. Top with rest of cake batter.
-Bake 20 minutes at 250 degrees.
-Then bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
-Serve with ice cream or may be frosted.

1 (10oz)frozen strawberries,drained (or about 2 1/2 c sliced fresh berries)
1/2 (8oz)crushed pineapple, drained well(save juice if ya wanna make a glaze)
1 overly rip mashed banana(opt)
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c veg oil
2 c sugar
3 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tap salt
2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c chopped walnuts (the nuts are optional also)
3/4 c chopped macadamia nuts


Preheat oven to 350
Grease two 5x9 inch loaf pans.

Mix strawberries, pineapple, eggs, oil, and sugar(and banana if using).

Sift :flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Mix the flour mixture into the bowl with the fruit til evenly moist.

Fold in nuts.

Divide the batter between the pans,bake 1 hour ,til a toothpick inserted in the center of a loaf comes out clean.

Cool on wire racks.

If you wanna make a glaze:
Just mix some juice w/powdered sugar til ya get a good consistency

1 tube crescent rolls, bake
1 can tiny shrimp
8 oz. cream cheese
1-2 tbsp. lemon juice
Green onion, chopped

-Make rolls as directed; cool, cut in half and scoop out center.
-Fill with the filling made from above mixing shrimp, cream cheese, lemon juice and onion.

CRUST:

2 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. butter, softened

FILLING:

1 (21 oz.) can cherry fruit filling
3/4 c. sour cream
2 tsp. almond extract
3/4 c. sliced toasted almonds

-For crust, combine all crust ingredients. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture is crumbly, 2-3 minutes.
-Press on bottom of an ungreased 9x13 inch pan.
-Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees or until lightly brown around edges.
-For filling, stir together fruit filling, sour cream and almond extract.-Spread over hot crust. Sprinkle nut on top. Continue baking for 15-20 minutes or until edges are bubbly. Cool completely.
-Cut into bars. Store, covered in refrigerator.
-Makes about 3 dozen bars.
