DD and I like taco salads so that's a meal in itself, plus fruit. For the others that eat just a taco, they get a side salad and fruit. And most often we have mexican rice too!

I found somewhere a Taco rice. We have only had it once,but we liked it. I can't remember where I got it,but I have not found it again. Sometimes we just eat taco's by themselves...sometimes I make mexican or spanish rice with it.

Only other thing I make along with tacos is spanish rice. Between that, the meat with beans, and all the fixings, tacos are very filling for us.

mexican rice or spanish rice. Sometimes I'll make cheese dip for chips.
