Can I roast corn on the cob in the oven? I like to occasionally do this thing where I chop up potatoes, onions, and assorted veggies (zucchini, yellow squash, etc) and toss it with a bit of oil and seasonings and then dump it in a roaster and roast them while the meat is cooking.
Today I bought some corn on the cob and was just wondering if I could do that too. So do you think I can toss is with oil and seasonings and roast? Or if I do roast it should I wrap it in foil and roast? Or should I just boil it and forget about it? If I can roast it with the other veggies, do you think it would be done by the time the other veggies are done? Or would it take longer? HELP!!!!!
