We are having pork tenderloin and a potatoe salad made with red potatoes (new recipe!) and maybe on fruit. DH is cooking the tenderloin on the grill so a day off for me

Hubby is not here, so the kids had Dinosaur chicken nuggets, smiley fries, blueberries and grapes. YUM. And I am having a Lean Cuisine.

I got a bread maker!!! I was chatting with my neighbor last night and mentioned that I really wanted one and she offered me hers. She got it years ago, used it once and didn't like the results and it's been in the garage ever since. Score!

So, I'm making CP chicken cacciatore with thighs, drumsticks (skin removed), jar sauce, zucchini and red bell pepper, serve with whole wheat rotini.
And I'm trying out a french bread recipe to go with it (supposedly "fool proof"), I realize it may not work perfectly as I figure it all out, but I'm optimistic and so excited!! I need to start searching for a good wheat bread recipe on here....

Got it figured out. It is so hot so I do not want to spend forever in the kitchen.

Chicken pattie sandwiches, chips, baked beans, macaroni salad.

I ended up having a cold of cereal for dinner. Didnt really feel like anything hot to eat.
