We're having barbeque chicken roll ups with a salad.

It's a tortilla shell, covered in shredded Cheddar, with barbeque sauce and diced red onion sprinkled on with pieces of cooked chicken. Then you roll it up and put it in the oven until the cheese is melted. Then you dip in ranch dressing. Mmm...
