What meals do you make that you consider "healthy"?

In the summer we do alot of grilled chicken over salads.

but I make a TON of soups in the fall and winter and consider those pretty healthy.

How 'bout you?

Same here-lots of salads and fresh veggie in the summer. In the winter I do lots of homemade soups with fresh veggies in them too. I cant think of any other thing I make that is healthy.

We mostly grill out (chicken, etc) in the summer. In the winter I guess we don't eat overly healthy - probably need to work on that.

Most of what I make is healthy, I always use lots of veggies, lean meats and whole grains and I cook with olive oil and smart balance. We try to stay away from potatoes on a regular basis and just save them for meals like last night when I made meatloaf (a 10 lb bag of potatoes lasts for weeks in my house) We also rarely have bread as a side with dinner.
We do have an occasional junky meal, but I make an effort on a daily basis to cook and serve healthy meals.

We make a lot of taco salads during the summer with either just beans or a bit of shredded chicken with bean mixed as a protein. I usually skip the crushed "taco chips" and use a fat free or low fat dressing or salsa.

We also eat a lot of homemade soft tacos and burritos with mostly beans used as filling.

Whole grain pasta and low fat tomato pasta sauce is also common at our home.

Also a cp lean pork roast shredded or cp chicken breast (no cream sauces) mixed with brown rice.
