Weekly for me. I tried bi-weekly and needed to go to the store for something every week so I gave that up.

I go weekly with a trip to Aldi for the majority of items then swing by Cub to get the remainder. The whole meal plan thing REALLY helps!

Went from daily (crazy I know) to weekly after having baby #2. Noticed I was really going about every 6 days, so lately I've been planning more carefully, especially with the way I use up our produce, and squeaking by with every 8 days. Days 7 & 8 usually feature apples & oranges in heavy rotation LOL.

Regular grocery shopping every two weeks on payday.
Sam's Club - big shops 3-4 times per year, occasional trips in between

I do hit the grocery store in between my bi-weekly shops for produce, especially spinach for my salads at lunch at work.

I pretty much shop as needed. Right now I have not really grocery shoped in about a month and a half. I do run and pick up bread and things occassionally. It usually goes about every 3-4 weeks.
