Out of the fridge.. So alfredo chicken and noodles, watermelon. carrrots, celery.. (We will not be home for two days) so I want to eat what's left in the fridge..

I have to use up some corn tortillas that have been sitting in the fridge, so I'll make some kind of meatless mexican layered dish with the tortillas, beans, and cheese (with sour cream and green onions).
