How do you make Guacomole?

I like mine sorda chunky.
So mashed with a fork avocado, red onions (LOTS), LOTS AND LOTS of tomatoes, lemon juice and GARLIC SALT.
How do you like yours?

I put in onion or scallions, garlic, tomato, cilantro and sour cream and lime juice. Add a tblsp of olive oil and vinegar and it makes it really, really good.
Adding salsa instead of the tomato is good too. I might make some tonight

I never thought of adding cilantro or sourcream.. Or olive oil and vinegar. I'm going to have to add that to my TO MAKE LIST:

The sour cream makes it a bit more creamier... The cilantro just gives it a little more kick. I just like using olive oil! haha

Add salsa, sour cream & garlic powder. I will add fresh tomatoes when I have some from the garden!

Chop up fresh, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, at least one jalanpo and minced garlic. Mash up avacodos with a fork (I like it chunky) mix together with the veggies add a squirt of lemon juice. YummY!!

Simple: avocado, chili powder, and salt.
Fancy: avocado, shredded sweet red onion, cilantro, fresh lemon juice, diced tomatoes, jalapeno or habanero, and salt.

avacado,onions,diced tomato(seeded),lime juice,sour cream,tabasco,cilantro if I happen to have it and fresh minced garlic oh and a dash of salt.

it all depends on what i have on hand. i too use a fork to mash it down, use some kind of pepper (green chiles, jalapeno, poblano, etc.), lime juice, salt, & some others i might add in are:shredded lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, onions, garlic, cilantro
