I like mine sorda chunky.

So mashed with a fork avocado, red onions (LOTS), LOTS AND LOTS of tomatoes, lemon juice and GARLIC SALT.

How do you like yours?

I put in onion or scallions, garlic, tomato, cilantro and sour cream and lime juice. Add a tblsp of olive oil and vinegar and it makes it really, really good.

Adding salsa instead of the tomato is good too. I might make some tonight

I never thought of adding cilantro or sourcream.. Or olive oil and vinegar. I'm going to have to add that to my TO MAKE LIST:

The sour cream makes it a bit more creamier... The cilantro just gives it a little more kick. I just like using olive oil! haha

Add salsa, sour cream & garlic powder. I will add fresh tomatoes when I have some from the garden!

Simple: avocado, chili powder, and salt.
Fancy: avocado, shredded sweet red onion, cilantro, fresh lemon juice, diced tomatoes, jalapeno or habanero, and salt.
