I am going to cook a large amount of pork loin for bbq pork. I have a large roaster to cook it in, and I have never used one before. My question is: Does it cook the same as a crockpot? Or do I need to do something different?

no it's not quite like a crock pot....it will dry out.(It doesn't hold the moisture in like a crock pot does)so depeding on how youre gonna cook it...you wanna keep an eye on it and make sure it doesn't burn.
