Just depends

Baked-I always stuff them with stove top when I bake them. Add a can of veggies and salad
Grilled-lipton noodles, stuffing, fried potatoes. I am making grilled pork chops sometime this week and will make up M2M's fabulous sweet potato casserole to go with it. Cant wait!

I do offer applesauce when I make pork chops too. I dont serve it ON them, but on the side and it is good that way.

depends on the time of year.
In the fall we do the apple thing. either chunky applesauce or an apples crisp type thing and always either peas or green beans
The winter is usually stuffing and the summer mostly mashed sweet potatoes with browns sugar and honey or a salad.
