I made nacho's Monday night and we have Homemade Guacamole and Homemade salsa we need to use up. So we are having nacho's again since I have another bag of chips.Simple and being fugal

I have some things to use up too, so we are having the leftover meatballs from last nights subs, I am going to make some pasta, heat up some sauce and add the meatballs. We also have salad stuff in the fridge.

chicken strips, mac and cheese and veggie sticks and dip.

chilli its a busy night here.

Tonight is lasaugna and breadsticks for us.

We are having grilled chicken, potatoes, a veggie (maybe corn on the cob), rolls, and something for dessert.

Spaghetti, and maybe broccolli for the veggie. I have been putting off making zucchini bread, because I don't feel like shredding the zucchini, but I think I am going to have to make it today before my zucchini rots.

I am cooking grilled pork chops and grilled veggies...not sure of the other side. I was thinking potatoes of some sort..but my DH has to watch his cholesterol..So I am stuck on that???
