I'd like to join in! For August I kept it just under 400.00. I'm going to set my budget at 500.00 for the month because I need to stock up on a few things but I'm going to try and keep it under 400.00 again. Can I ask what ya'll include in your grocery budget? Mine is food, pet food for two dogs, two rabbits and a cat, cleaning supplies, paper products, hba.

I've been lurking here for some time - finally coming out of the woodwork!

I need to get on this grocery thing - I hate it when I go to the store & have to fork over so much money at the end. NOT FAIR!

We budget $100/week - which I thought was pretty decent. But I always spend more than that I need to cut it down to like $75/week - and stick to it!

I only spent $84 this week, but then remembered I had to get a gift card from the store also as a gift for someone. BLAH.

Okay, so I'm coming out of lurkdom to save my fam some $$, plus this has became my most fave website/forum to visit

My fam includes: me, dh, 6yo ds, 2yo dd, 12yo step-dd (everyother weekend) and one large dog.

I'm going to set mine higher and hopefully work my way down. Mine will include food (both eating in/out), all my beauty/household items, diapers and my ds' school lunches...okay here it goes...

Budget September: $450~~~Good Luck to everyone!
