I love Swedish pepparkokar (kind of gingerbread-y)

I'm a cookie dough fan too. In college we used to make it and just put the bowl of dough in the fridge to eat with a spoon.

homemade it would be oatmeal chocolate chip or sugar cookies with frosting.

store bought would be oreo's or keebler grasshoppers they taste like girl scout thin mint only we like them better.
