This is mine..........


15-20 caramels, unwrapped
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 c water
1 (8oz)cream cheese
1/2 c brown sugar

In the microwave, melt caramels w/water and vanilla,stirring frequently.
Remove from heat.

Cream cream cheese and sugar.
Fold in caramel mix and serve
(can be made a day ahead)

Best w/Granny Smiths(I think)

I usually eat my apples plain. But if I am feeling naughty, I like to get the caramel apple dip that they sell at the stores-cant think of the name brand. That stuff is soooo yummy. I havent bought that stuff in years. The kids dont like anything on their apples. I dont get the dip because I would probably eat it all myself. I agree caramel apple dip and granny smith apples are the best!
