Today my ds had a ham and cheese sandwich, cheezits, an apple, and some trail mix made from raisins, m & ms, peanuts, and candy corn. He probably picked out the peanuts. Oh, and apple juice to drink.

Kids each had:
- pb&j sandwich on wheat bread
- green pepper slices
- grapes
- miniature Kit Kat bar
- water in a stainless steel Thermos (stays cold all day )*
For snack they took:
- juice box
- fruit granola bar
* They didn't like the way the milk tasted in the Thermos although it was still pretty cold when they got home. I'm going to refrigerate the Thermos overnight and see what happens.

Tuna on whole wheat sandwich bun, green bean salad (green beans mixed with Italian dressing), and a banana. Milk he gets at school.
PS Today I asked what he wanted for tomorrows lunch, he said, and I quote, "Oh, you can surprise me! Well, definitely a salami sandwich and watermelon cubes. Outside of that you can surprise me with my vegetable. Oh, but if you have yellow peppers that would be good!" He told me what he wanted for his whole 'surprise' lunch
