I was thinking boiling maybe. I am making the kind that you put on sandwiches with celery and onion and stuff for dinner.

What would you do?

TIA

I usually boil it with salt, pepper, celery, carrots, garlic, and onion. I shread the meat and keep the broth for use in soup, or anything that takes stock.

I usually leave it a little chunkier in our salad so I broil or grill it. Normally once it's done, I cut small cubes for some, and "pull" the rest with a fork

I roast mine with skin on/bone in...IMO it has a lot more flavor that way. You just debone it and take the skin off to cube it for the salad.

I would say you could boil it, grill it, or even cook it overnight in the crockpot.

Personally I'd grill it!
