This is what I have so far, it's almost 2 weeks worth. I bought extra yesterday because I am only babysitting one day this week (and babysitting money pays for groceries). So, next week I just have a few things to pick up.
Roasted chicken, cornbread stuffing, garlic mashed potatoes, gravy
Mini chicken tacos, salad
Frozen raviolis, jar sauce, salad
CP bbq pork ribs, cauliflower, roasted garlic brown rice
Tofu in red curry sauce with zucchini, peppers, red potatoes, brown rice
Salmon, parmesan noodles, sauteed brussel sprouts (x2)
Homemade italian wedding soup with breadmaker french bread
Gnocchi, BLT caeser salad
BBQ hamburger patties, sauteed brussel sprouts, parmesan noodles
Steak, roasted red potatoes and sweet potatoes, butternut squash
Shepherd's pie with soycatash
I'll also make a loaf of wheat bread each week for lunches and more carrot spice muffins this week and corn muffins next week. I have peanut butter cookies in the plans, too
BTW, Ryan's Mom, I'm so impressed with your decreasing food budget!!! Good work!
