I am getting tired of the same old things. I'm making chicken tonight, I roll it in flour put on seasoning and fry it. When I cook it that way we usually have green beans or corn(from a can) rice from a box and salad. I need something different to go with it. Any suggestions would be great. Oh by the way I'm not a very good cook so I need something really simple and fast. TIA

How about boiled potatoes with sour cream and chives. Just cut up potatoes in quarters and boil (with skins on). When done, drain and put in a bowl and sprinkle chives over the top and serve with sour cream.

An easy potato/veggie dish we do is to bake potato cubes , carrots, onions (or favorite veggies) on a baking stone or sheet spritzed with olive oil nad rosemary seasoning. Easy to prepare and really yummy.
