I made these for the family of a friend who died. Who knew card making could be so therapeutic! I have two doves as this family has lost two members in the past year and the doves are symbolic of each person.

They are beautiful. I am sure the family will cherish either of them.

Again, I am so sorry for your loss.

They are both nice but I prefer #2.

I appreciate your kind words. I am more focused on their loss than mine. Just trying to help / support them in whatever way we can.

I really like them both. I think I like #1 better. When I think of peace I think of white doves not black if there is such a thing as black doves.

I like #2 better because I like the focus on the doves with the white surrounding them.

I also like #1 better because of how they are facing each other!! They are both very nice though.

I chose #2, but I hadn't even realized the doves were black on that one until I read the other posts. I liked the fact that it looked like the doves were flying off together, rather than facing each other. The first one looked more like a symbol of peace, whereas the second looked more like the spirit has been set free.
