Here is what I did for my MIL and dh's Grandma. His Grandpa died almost 2 years ago so I did a small little collage of photos for them and then framed it for them to display.

FYI the baby that is hanging upside down is my dh he was a little spoiled and thrown around by his uncles since his father was not around.
