I made this for an ABC swap (Anything But a Card). I somehow ended up with checkbook covers although I had NO idea how to make them! LOL I bought the covers on Creative Images Rubber Stamps for .80 each. I think they may be cheaper elsewhere but this place takes PayPal. I am thinking of making some of these for a craft fair and I will be posting a tutorial on my blog soon!

LOL! Its not hard! I cut the inside piece to 6 1/4 x 6 3/4. Then I cut the patterned paper to 6 1/2 x 3. I attached the patterned paper to the cardstock, added the stamped images and Viola! I made the cover. Glad you like it! I was afraid it was too boring!

I LOVE this! I will have to find my see through checkbook cover and give this a try. Right now I have one of those faux black leather ones.

I was told to use a monthly calendar cover for these and then I read that they were actually bigger. But, Sam, you can do a calendar the same way. I am thinking of making myself one! I also think I'll do that for inexpensive Christmas gifts!!

Sonja, I want to see when you get done!!
