they are arnold brand arnold select sanwich thins. 100% whole wheat they do make a mulit grain i saw as well. 8 per pkg

they contain no corn syrup
100 calories each
1g total fat
6g fiber
5g protein!!

they are so yummy. i'm trying to cut down on the bread so this is a great alternative. i have used them as a hamburger bun, as toast and for my lunch sandwiches. i believe they are only 1 ww point!
here is a link to what they look like in case anyone is interested.

Sandwich Thins

A co-worker of mine just showed me those the other day. I am definitely going to have to look for them when I go to the store.

I bought these a couple of weeks ago and everyone loved it. Even DS has been taking his sandwiches in these buns. I like to toast them slightly when making my sandwich.

POUT - they are not available in my area......

That is one of the downfalls of living in a rural area.....and in the middle of almost no where.....LOL

Will have to keep in mind when i get to the big city and see if i can find them.

I just tried these and they're really good- nice and chewy, not like your usual light bread items!
