I'm considering purchasing a juicer and am still in the research stage. Does anyone juice regularly? And what kind of juicer to you have?

I have a juicer that I've used several times for making smoothies and even baby food. It worked great! I think it's a Sunbeam one. I got it as a gift from a friend who knew I was in the market for one. The one I would have bough myself I think is made by Brevia or Brevaille or some "B" name brand that I can't quite remember off the top of my head. I liked it because you could put a whole apple in it without slicing or coring it and it would juice it up for you and separate the seeds. I think it cost about $150. But that was 3 years ago so I am sure it would be cheaper now.

I have had several juicers. the thing to look for first is ease of cleaning, as some can be nasty little buggers to get clean.

I used one from natures sunshine ( the herb sellers ) and loved it.

makes me sad that I don't juice anymore... :-(

We have a Juiceman (6 years) but I would not recommend it, there are better juicers out there. We love to juice, my 5 year old calls it yummy juice! Our typical cocktail consist of carrots, lemon, apple and pineapple.

We have a Juiceman also, and I have to agree with bananabellesmom. Check for ease of cleaning. We looooooove using it, but don't juice often at all because of the time consuming, complicated clean up. Otherwise, we really like it.

I have this one. The Official Site : Jack LaLanne's Power Juicer - As Seen On TV I like it except we have recently lost my little crank thing to clean it.

I have a Juice Tiger, which aren't sold anymore. Don't use it regularly, but have been juicing cukes from the garden. We have an overabundance of cucumbers right now. My personal opinion is that it's better to have the whole fruit/veg than juice (for the fiber), however, I find a juicer is awesome when you have tons of garden produce you won't use or that's past its prime but still ok. I'd advise you to look on ebay for juicers, I think you'll find a good deal there, they have both new and used ones. My baby loves fresh juice, and it's so healthy for him! And I dont' have to worry about wasting excess produce.

I juice alot of red grapes. We always have some in the refrig but they don't always get ate at their prime so I throw them in my juicer. I love the juice it is so gooooooddddd!!!!
My mom has a lemon tree so I picked tons of lemons this year and juiced them several months ago and put the juice in the freezer. I use for cooking, adding it to my homemade cleaners, and lemonade.

I have a juicer but haven't used it in some time now...I found it cost too much $$ per glass when I broke it down.
