Even if you aren't doing WW any longer, think back. I want to come up with a good list of "go to" snacks and their point values. They can be pre-made or fresh...doesn't matter. Here are a few:

1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese and a handful of grapes - 3 points
1 package of Gripz (those Cheez-It snacks) - 3 points
Thomas' English Muffin (Better Start Light Multi-Grain) w/spray butter - 1 point
Thomas' English Muffin w/a slice of cheese - 2 points
Fiber One Bars - Most are 2 points
100 calorie 3-pack cupcakes - 1-2 points

My personal favorite lately is 1 serving of Special K Multigrain crackers with 2 tablespoons of any flavor hummus. It is a tasty snack for 3 points. I also like a veggie plate with cherry tomatoes and baby carrots with a tablespoon of light ranch dressing for 1 point. I also love having 1 cup of light chocolate milk for 3 points. It is yummy and takes away my chocolate craving.

I love the Oroweat/Arnold/Brownberry Sandwich Thins. They are only one point for both pieces. I love making veggie sandwiches out of them, or even better they make great toast.
