How many pounds do you usually lose a week after the first week or 2 when you lose a little more?

This is a tricky question.

You can have two people who weight the same, and both go on ww and they won't loose the same amount at one time.

So many things, factor in to a person weight lost.

Amount of calories eaten, amount of exercise, and just how their body reacts to the diet.

Also the more a person has to loose, the faster it comes off at first.

When I weigh 229, I was loosing an average of 2 or more lbs a week. Then the closer i got to my goal, the longer it took me to loose weight.

When I needed to loose 20 lbs last august, it took me almost 5 months.

So just hang in there, diet and exercise and the weight will come off.

Good Luck!

I average between 0.5 - 2.0. I was just telling DH that it averages out to around a pound a week, but it is rarely exactly a pound.
