This is one of my favorites:

Layer graham crackers in bottom of 9x13 dish, make box of pudding (your choice of flavor, I usally use french vanilla or chocolate sugar free/fat free), top with cool whip. Very good, very cheap, low cal.

Sorry!! Another good one I have from my weight watchers days was to take an angel food cake tear or cut into small pieces. Take bag of thawed strawberries mash, add to cake, then fold in tub of cool whip. I like to then put into parfait glasses for a "special" look. Chill for about 1 hour. WONDERFUL!!!

This one is from a Weight Watchers meeting:

1 box of angel food cake (NOT the kind where you mix it until the egg whites are fluffy, just the kind where you add water and mix for a couple of minutes)

1 can of crushed pineapple (not the smallest can, like a can of pet food, the next size up).

Mix together and bake in a 9x13 pan following directions on box for time.

Top with fat free Cool Whip.
