Great Thread! These are all wonderful ideas. My standard beginning this (only Day 4) is 2 poached eggs and 2 pieces of high-fiber "light" bread. I think it's 5 points total (at most) and keeps me full for several hours. By the way, I poach the eggs in the microwave with no butter or anything else on the egg or on the toast.

I have a couple and it all depends on what is high points for you. I'm nursing so I get a LOT of points per day. (don't hit me

Oatmeal-I like the instant packets that are the brown sugar. Only two or three points

Mini Thomas Bagels Cinnamon and Raisin with one wedge Laughing Cow Cheese-it tastes jsut like cream cheese I swear. Three points for all.

No matter what I eat, I almost always have a large banana. It's filling and 2 points

Coffee with splenda and non fat creamer. I have four cups throughout the morning for .5 points (that's for all four cups)

When summer comes, you can eat a TON of melon for low points.

Keep drinking water! It helps fill you up!

WW has a english muffin where you eat the whole muffin (both sides) for 1 point. I've also found Thomas' has one but I can't think of the kind. I use spray butter or sugar free jelly and a banana for a 2-3 point breakfast depending on the size of the banana.
