I am looking for some low point breakfast ideas that fill you up. It seems if i start the day off with a high point breakfast it messes up the rest of my day. Do you have any yummy ideas for breakfast that don't eat up alot of points???

Thanks so much!

I think this is only two points...

1/2 cup of egg beaters (egg substitute)
2 pieces of center cut (it's got less fat) bacon

I eat it almost every morning!

Toast with PB. The high in fiber 20grain breads are a point a slice and then 2 points for the pb. So 4 points and again its a higher protine breakfast

I usually eat a Western Bagel (their Alternative type are only 1 point) toasted with 1/2 c. of egg beaters scrambled inside. It's like an egg sandwich and only 2 points.

Here are my standards:

Egg Sandwich or Sausage Sandwich (1 point 2% cheese slice, 1 point English muffin, either eggbeaters or Morningstar veggie sausage patty) - 3 points (4 if you have egg and sausage)

WW smoothie with fruit (4 - 5 points depending on the fruit)

WW yogurt with fruit (2 -3 points)

oatmeal (Walmart brand/sugar free) - 1 point

Canadian bacon (1 piont)

Simply Potatoes hash browns (1 point - 2 with ketchup)

Kashi cereal with 1/2 cup milk (4 points)

eggbeaters with fresh salsa and cheese (3 points)

I mix these up a bit, too. Like I will have Canadian bacon, fruit and a yogurt for 3 points. I usually only eat 3 points for breakfast, but I try to have a protein to make it to lunch and a veggie/fruit.

Our local grocery store has a generic cereal with 15g of fiber. It is not super tasty but it is zero points.

It's very filling too, one bowl and I was full all day until lunch time.

I eat the Go Lean Crunch Cereal with 1/4 c. skim milk. It is 4 points. Although it seems like a lot for breakfast the cereal is very filling, making me not hungry until lunch!

What brand of english muffins are only 1 point? Or, are you only eating one half of one?

thanks : )
