6 Tbs sugar-free instant chocolate milk mix
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c margarine
1/2 c 1 % milk
1 c flaked coconut
3 c quick oatmeal


In food prosessor add choc mix, vanilla, margarine and milk and blend til smooth.
Add coconut and oatmeal and blend until mixed together well.
On a cookie sheet place a piece of wax paper and take spoonful of the mixture and roll into a ball place close together.
Let sit in frige 1 hour then eat.
Keep in the refrigerator.

These are very yummy and easy. Thanks for the recipe. I will not tell you how many of the batch that I ate. I couldn't help myself.
