Question Small- quick meals?

Lately I have been horrible with my time management and rushing to accomplish a lot of things and I noticed that I have been skipping meals ( I did not have lunch the past few days- yet I did make food for my youngest) and picking at things when it is meal time (it's as if my to do list is consuming every aspect of my life right now!)- honestly I don't feel hungry but eat because my body needs it. Believe me- I am not trying to starve myself!

I know that is horrible but- when you go through times like this- what small, quick nutritious meal do you relie on? Especially if you are not hungry!

I don't usually skip meals because I have hypoglycemia... I'm also rarely not hungry.

However, I do grab quick snacks because I do need to eat something even when I'm busy. Cheesestick, banana, pretzels, yogurt or peanut butter sandwich are my usual quick things.

I know what you mean. I have found these snaks to help me when I forget to eat or don't take the time to eat.

- Vegetable juice with cheese and crackers
- Yogourt and oatmeal cookie
- Bowl of cereal
- Banana
- Glass of milk
