Can you share the ingredients - I love shakes.

The nutrition shake I have every morning is a whole food mixture that is all prepared for you. It comes in a canister and you use about a scoop or more for your shake. I get it from Integris Global. Their website is www.integrisglobal.com. It's called E7 because there are 7 essentials to excellent health in it (enzymes, vitamins, minerals, protein, essential oils, fiber, and probotics). It's so good for you that it's like a mini detox. Since I've been having it (over 3 years), I've had more energy and have been healthier than ever. It really boosts the immune system, and I rarely ever get sick. I get the berry flavor and sometimes the chocolate. It's kind of expensive, but i believe it's worth it. It's not easy to get all those essentials in your diet every day, and with all the processed foods, chemicals, and toxins we're exposed to we need all the help we can get. The scientist who created E7 believes that disease and illness are derived from 2 factors: deficiencies and toxicities. He would have doomed to a wheelchair had he not applied his knowledge about healing the body. Now he is walking in perfect health. Our bodies are actually designed to heal themselves and we do our part with healthy whole foods, exercise, and proper nutrition. I didn't mean to make this so long. Just wanted to give you some background information about the shake because it's a super healthy way to start the day.
