I was curious how many calories were in the soda I accidentially received today (256). I started checking out the other items. I always get a chargrilled chicken plain (270 calories, 3.5g fat). I take off the veggies because they give me a stomach ache (msg??) and don't use the bbq sauce. I get unsweetened tea if I don't have water with me. My husband used to get the chicken sandwich and put a mayo pack on it (25g fat 500 calories) and a soda (256 calories). I convinced him to get the Chargrilled sandwich and honey bbq sauce. He compromises and gets the Chargrilled Club (17g fat440 calories) and a sweet tea (130 calories).

The strawberry milkshake is 730 calories, vanilla is 640!!!

Why was this moved to low-cal and special diets? Is there a chickfila diet I don't know about ???
