I go to Free Diet Plans at SparkPeople It is very easy and you can create your meal plans and they give you all of the calorie and fat contents for it. Plus they have a great forum area with many ideas and different topics to talk about.

I saw that you posted on WW -- there is a ton of info on that if you just google it. Point calculators (online), food point charts, recipes, point allotment charts (to figure out how many points you get per day). My mom just gave me info on it and I have started it for DH.

realage.com is good too. they have great info on losing weight/healthy living and have create-your-own workouts (with description/video).

TOPS - Take Off Pounds Sensibly - uses the Food Exchange program and gives you menu ideas, both sensible and affordable eating plans.....

there is also Nutrition facts, calories in food, labels, nutritional information and analysis – NutritionData.com
