Does reduced calorie bread taste good? Because when I smell the outside of it, it smells like sliced cardboard. I see they have white and wheat, among others. Any experiences with any of them? Thanks ladies

pepperidge farms light style oatmeal I really like, it's a little pricey though.

Arnolds just came out with these whole wheat sandwhich thins which I really like. They are only 100 calories for 2 slices.

I like the light sourdough. The wheat ones taste blah to me. I have recently found a double fiber wheat bread though that LASTS and doesn't taste like empty cardboard.

I agree with mabennett. Nature's Own Double Fiber is good and stays fresh. We only have it on occassion though b/c of the HFCS. I SO wish they would make it without it.

I usually just make my own.

I like the Nature's Own honey wheat reduced calorie bread. It smells different, but tastes just as good as the regular honey wheat bread.

My favorite is Nature's Own whole wheat. Wonderfully soft and two full-sized slices are just 1 WW point

Yeah, I meant to add that the NO I buy is expensive at the regular grocery store, but Big Lots sometimes has it, as well as a closeout grocery store for about $1.19. That helps a lot!
