Light and Low Fat Lemon Jello Pie
1 reduced fat graham cracker crust
1 small box sugar free lemon jello (strawberry also works well but lemon is the best!)
1- 8 oz. tub FAT FREE Cool Whip
Dissolve jello in 2/3 cup boiling water. Add 1/2 cup cold water. Whisk in tub of cool whip. Pour mixture into pie crust. (You can place any leftover mixture into a small dish and refrigerate for a small snack or to taste to see if it set well)
Refrigertae overnight or longer.
