Salmon W/ Horseradish Sauce From: Epicurious
½ cup Plain Low-fat Yogurt 2 Tbsp Chives chopped
2-4 tsp Horseradish 2 6-8oz 3/4 thick salmon steaks

Preheat oven to 350F. Lightly oil a 9"glass plate. Mix yogurt, chives, and horseradish. Spread on Salmon and bake for ~18 minutes.

Pesto and Goat Cheese Pizza
1 (10 ounce) Thin Pizza crust (such as Boboli)
3 Tablespoons commercial pesto
2 tomatoes thinly sliced
3/4 cup (3 ounces) crumbled goat cheese or crumbled feta cheese
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

1. Preheat oven to 450
2. Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Spread pesto over crust leaving a 1/2
inch border. Top with tomatoes and cheese; sprinkle with crushed red
pepper.
3. Bake at 450 for 13 minutes or until crust is golden. Cut into 8 wedges.
Yield 4 servings (serving size 2 wedges).
