1 (18oz) box spice cake mix
15 oz pumpkin
1 c water

Mix all and bake @350 20-25 min.

(and you can add extra vanilla and cinnamon n spices if ya like )

I have been making these for years. Very popular if you take them places. However, you might want to add less water. They are better with closer to 1/4 a cup or 1/2 cup water. More filling.

BUT, they are 3 points for 12 muffins. Sorry . . .

M2M how many did it make for you?I did it just like your recipe says to.I got 21 using cup cake pans.Got them in the oven right now.They smell good too.I am going to put some vanilla frosting on them when they are done too.

I just made these and they are delicious! Thanks! They have a great texture.

I made them with a Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe spice cake mix and Libby pumpkin combined with 3/4 C water. My mixture made 24 nicely sized muffins. Just FYI - When I entered the calories and fat on the WW calculator, they came out to 2 pts. each.

Do you prepare the cake mix first? because I just did them and put them in the over, they smell really good but they have been in there for about 40 min. and still not done

Did I do something wrong?

I didn't. I just mixed the cake mix (powder) with the pumpkin and water. Mine took about 23 minutes I think...maybe 1 or 2 longer.
