1/4 c flour
1 Tbs brown sugar
2 Tbs honey
4 Tbs c soy sauce
2 tsp chopped fresh ginger root
2 tsp chopped garlic
2 Tbs hot sauce
salt and pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut to 1/2in strips or cubed
1 Tbs veg oil
Mix together brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and hot sauce.
Lightly salt and pepper the chicken then dredge in flour.
Heat oil in a large skillet over med-high heat.
Add chicken and brown on both sides, about a min.
Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Simmer uncovered til the sauce thickens, 8-10 min.
