These are yummy! I got the recipe off of Five Dollar Dinners.

Lasagna Roll ups

- Cook Lasagna noodles
- Put meat(ground beef or Italian sausage) and a spoon full of ricotta cheese in the center. Fold noodles over to make a roll.
- Put roll ups in a greased pan
- cover with pasta sauce and cheese (mozzarella or provolone)
- Bake 350F for 20-30 minutes

YUMMY. The leftovrts warm up nicely too.

I make a version of these...Cut the noodles in half, and place in the pan seam side down. It makes it much easier, they go a little farther and 3 'rolls' is filling.
