One of our favorite treats when we go to Applebee's is chicken quesadilla's. We make them at home for about the same price as the appetizer's at Applebee's cost and we have a lot more portions. They are easy to make and if you have some of the ingredients at home or leftover chicken you can make it for practically nothing.
Chicken Quesadilla's
Flour tortilla's
Salsa Ranch dressing
1 lb. chicken
Monterey Jack cheese shredded
Sour Cream
First you'll want to cut up your chicken into really small pieces and with a little bit of vegetable oil fry it in the skillet, or use leftover chicken ( depending on how much you want to make), spread a little bit of salsa ranch on the tortilla, put your chicken on top of that after it is finished cooking, put your cheese on top of that, put a tortilla over that, cook in oven at 350 until cheese is melted, then cut them up in four's and put sour cream on the side for dipping, if you like try some cut up green onions mixed in with the sour cream.
