We make them all the time. Or at least we do for my DH, I'm happy with just humas and tazaki sauce on mine.
We normally just get thin cut steak. Cook it. Add in a little tazaki sauce Tazaki Sauce - Recipe - TasteBook - feta, some olives and we're all happy campers.
