how do you rotisserie your chicken? do you have one of those machine . I do mine in the oven , spice it up, wrap it with aluminum foil at 400 for about 1&1/2. My kids likes rotisserie chicken a lot so I wonder if there are other method to do it. Thanks

My favorite method is to pick one up at Costco for $4.99. Comes out perfect every time!

I have a counter top rotisserie/convection/toaster oven. I inject ours with something, usually lemon pepper seasoning, then put it on the spit and tie it up and rub seasoning all over it.

I was lucky and found a rotisserie at a rummage sale for $5. My family loves chicken in it. Thinking of doing a small turkey when they start going on sale during the holiday season

What do you do for sides??? Anytime I do a whole chicken (M2M's CP whole chicken or rotisserie whole chicken), I always do mashed potatoes. I would like a different side to do with this new recipe. TIA!!
