What kind of pasta recipes do you guys have? I find that since I'm so busy I make pasta pretty often just because it's so easy, but it gets boring making plain old pasta and marinara sauce so I'm looking for ways to spice it up a little -- I love this set of pasta recipes from Fitness, the italian sausage and veggie one sounds delicious! Has anyone tried any of these? what other pasta recipes do you use to keep it interesting?

My niece would eat pasta everyday if allowed! Her faves are pizza pasta--we fix rotini and add pizza sauce and cheese and whatever you like on pizza (or have on hand), we like pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, & green peppers. You can do it in the crockpot, I cook pasta halfway then add to crockpot w/ sauce & all toppings and let it cook then add cheese a few minutes before serving, or put it all in a baking dish and top with cheese and bake it--that's really yummy. And she loves shells & cheese mixed with a can of tuna & a can of peas. It grosses me out, but is her absolute favorite!

My fave is chicken stuffed shells...I take diced chicken breasts, shredded cheese, garlic, onion, some italian seasoning, stuff it in cooked shells. Put a little marinara or alfredo sauce in bottom of a casserole dish, put shells on it, cover with a little more sauce, cover w/ foil & bake about 30 mins, uncover, sprinkle some parmesan on top, bake until melted.

oioh I love the chicken stuffed shells idea -- I've never heard that one before! the tuna idea sounds like a little much for me although the pizza pasta does sound delish thanks for sharing! I'm adding the chicken stuff shells idea to my list to try, along with some of the ones in the article
