Okay, here is a family favorite. It is cheap, easy, and can be made virtually fat free!

Ingredients:

1 potato for each person eating plus 2 extras (slice into thin slices like augrautin)
cream of mushroom soup (can be f/f or regular) For my family, we use the big can, but for a small family, use the smaller ones!
1 kielbasa sausage cut into pieces OR 1 package Little Smokies
8oz. cheddar cheese

Place sliced potatos in a 9x13" casserolle dish. Stir in sausages and cream of mushroom soup until well mixed. Then, cover with cheddar cheese. Place aluminum foil on top of dish, and bake at 350* for 1 hour. That's it...and it is SO yummy!

This sounds too easy to be true My family's two favorite things are potatoes and smoked sausage. I can't go wrong with this one. Thanks!!
