Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
1 Biscuit Pizza Crust dough (to follow)
1 tsp cooking oil
1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts sliced or slivered
1 dash salt and pepper
1/2 light creamy Caesar salad dressing
3/4 cup grated partly skim mozzarella cheese
2 cups finely chopped Romaine lettuce
1/4 cup light creamy Ceasar dressing
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

Prepare pizza dough . Roll out and press into a greased 12" pizza pan, forming a rim around the edge.

Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and saute in oiil for about 5 minutes till cooked.

Spread the first amount of dressing over crust. Sprinkle mozza cheese over dressing,scatter chicken over top. Bake on bottom rack in 425°F oven for 13-15 minutes.

Toss lettuce with second amount of dresing and spoon over top of pizza , Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Serve hot.

(Note: I've marinated the chicken breasts in Ceasar Dressing for a few hours before cooking and I love the extra flavor it lends)

Biscuit pizza crust

2 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup water
1 tbsp cooking oil

Stir flour, baking powder, and salt together in med. bowl.

Add water and cooking oil, stir to form soft ball. Knead on lightly floured surface 8-10 times. Roll out and press in greased 12" pizza pan forming rim around the edge.

This sounds yummy! I'm printing out right now. Not sure about lettuce on hot pizza....anyone who tries it let us know how it turns out!

Thanks for a great recipe! I used regular pizza dough that I made in the bread machine, and had to bake it for an extra couple minutes. It was really yummy... I'll definitely be making this again.
