Alfredo Sauce
1/2 cup butter
6 oz cream cheese
1/3 cup milk
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Pizza
2 pre-made baked pizza crusts
5-6 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1-2 cups shredded parmesan or romano cheese
2-3 boneless chicken breasts, grilled & cut into bite-size strips
2 roma tomatoes, diced
2 cups chopped fresh spinach
1/2 cup cooked, crumbled bacon pieces
For Sauce -- In saucepan over low heat, melt butter and soften cream cheese. Stir together; slowly stir in milk. Add the 1 cup Parmesan cheese, the garlic powder, salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Stir in a little more milk (2 or 3 tablespoons), if mixture seems too thick.
For Pizza -- Spread some of the Alfredo Sauce over each crust. Sprinkle on half of the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top. Sprinkle grilled chicken strips, tomatoes, spinach and bacon pieces on top. Sprinkle remaining shredded cheeses on top. Bake in preheated 375 oven about 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and begins to brown on edges of crust.
