I always save the crumbs from the dorito bag for this..and use leftover chicken
1 c chicken ,cubed
3/4 c crushed doritoes
2/3 c cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/2 c sliced mushrooms
1/4 c sour cream
1/4 c thin sliced green onions
2 Tbs milk
1 Tbs chopped green chilies
1/2 tsp finely chopped jalapeno
1/4 c shredded mozzarella
1/4 c shredded cheddar
In a bowl, combine the first 9 ingred.
Combine the cheeses; stir half into the chicken mixture.
Transfer to a 1qt. baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Sprinkle with remaining cheeses.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
